01 Meltdown to Murder still Meltdown to Murder Episode 124th July 1992 Valuable paintings in art galleries are melting spontaneously, with no evident cause. Cornelius assists the police investigation, and a criminal and his motive are discovered. 02 Last Train to Hell & Bach still Last Train to Hell & Bach Episode 231st July 1992 Cornelius and Samantha pursue the killer of Jane Arkwright, a psychologist whose body was found near the notoriously severe Judge Rawcliffe's house — with the murderer leaving a string of taunting, cryptic clues. Rawcliffe, whose wife also died mysteriously, becomes the chief suspect. And the killer's clues seem intended to lead the pursuit on a wild goose chase. 03 A Bone to Pick still A Bone to Pick Episode 37th August 1992 Roger Smith, who claims to be Father Christmas's brother, takes a quantity of human bones to the police, then disappears. Smith is a patient of Cornelius, and the bones are found to be two teaching skeletons and a more recently-dead hand. Cornelius and Samantha are in the thick of the mystery. 04 A Torch for Silverado still A Torch for Silverado Episode 414th August 1992 Cornelius and Samantha search for Luis Silverado, a dying former pimp, ashamed of his past, who is trying to make amends by setting fire to brothels. Sam and Cornelius find Silverado on his death bed and learn that he has left one last fire bomb — which they have to defuse themselves. 05 A Dream of Dracula still A Dream of Dracula Episode 521st August 1992 Women are being abducted and severely bitten, and the press is suggesting it could all be the work of a vampire. The police send for Cornelius, who approaches the question of vampirism with an open mind. 06 Dreams Imagic still Dreams Imagic Episode 628th August 1992 Cornelius is called in by Dreams Imagic, a specialist computer company creating Virtual Reality environments by laser equipment, who are worried about espionage. Has the Virtual Reality system been used as a means of committing murder?
