Andy Klavin travels from his Nebraskan hometown to Burbank, California, where he stumbles into a job on a big-time TV talk show, where he meets a colorful cast of characters – the writers, the producer Fred de Cordova, and, most importantly, Joy Greenfield, who’s unlike any woman he’s ever met.
