The drama heightens when one team is given more money and the other more time to complete the mission. 05 Episode 5 Episode 530th October 2004 The amateur home builders are given $90,000 and seven days to renovate the mansion's kitchen. 06 Episode 6 Episode 66th November 2004 The group is given three days and a $10,000 budget to enclose the front porch. 07 Episode 7 Episode 713th November 2004 The novice home remodelers are given a $45,000 budget to renovate rooms on the first floor, including the living room, dining room, breakfast room and den. 08 Episode 8 Episode 820th November 2004 The eight amateur home remodelers take a tour of the reconstructed mansion.
