Jack concocts a brilliant scheme to extricate Penelope from Geoffrey's life and enlists Phyllis's assistance. The staff wonders if their king will discard the throne for a twice-divorced woman. Penelope insists upon making things right with the Bourne family. Phyllis invites Rosemary round for a confidential talk about Geoffrey and his duplicitous mistress.
