It is revealed that Jason and his father are slum landlords, forgers and drug dealers and that Jason's girlfriend has been seeing somebody else. Jason's father gives his son an alibi after Ali is beaten up. Smithy is determined to see them locked up.

DC Stevie Smith finds out that the translator at the station asked a young girl to lie whilst she is being questioned. Stevie finds out that Jason Devlin is involved in what is going on. There is trouble on the Westgate Estate when a riot breaks out.
