Xue Ling gets even more worried when she learns that it is a lot more dangerous for someone with Melissa's medical condition to get HFMD. Meantime, Li Yan negotiates with Bee Li over the TCH rent increase, and Bee Li gets evasive when Li Yan links the reason behind the rent increase to Jay.
