01 Honkytonk Episode 114th March 1981 Frank Riker, known around town as a tough cop who was forced out of the police department by political pressures: Not known to anybody is that he is still a cop, only now he is a free-wheeling, secret undercover operative reporting solely to the deputy attorney general Brice Landis, who used to be his partner on the force.
