01 Best Laid Plans Episode 112th October 2004 In the first episode of season 3, the Reds and Blues find themselves scattered across the universe as they attempt to hunt down evil mastermind O'Malley. 02 Visiting Old Friends Episode 224th October 2004 Sarge and Caboose try to escape from a bizarre battle between two groups of unknown Red and Blue soldiers. 03 Let's Get Together Episode 38th November 2004 O'Malley sets his evil plans in motion, while the Reds and Blues debate their next move. 04 You're The Bomb, Yo Episode 49th November 2004 Church and Grif get used to life on the inside, while Simmons and Donut attempt to reprogram the teleporters. 05 Make Your Time Episode 510th November 2004 The Reds and Blues must work together to stop O'Malley and disable the ten megaton bomb inside Church's body. 06 We Must Rebuild Episode 621st November 2004 Grif and Simmons try to make sense of their new futuristic surroundings, while Caboose helps Donut with an important discovery. 07 New Toys Episode 76th December 2004 Sarge and Donut attempt to fix the Warthog while O'Malley and Lopez inspect their new home. 08 The Greatest Episode Ever Episode 816th December 2004 (Episode 45.9) Available only to sponsors or on the Season 3 DVD and produced solely by Gustavo Sorola while the rest of the production crew had been out of town. This episode continues or replaces the events of episode 45, though is non-canon, and features paper cutouts as characters while portraying Simmons as a hero. 09 We're Being Watched Episode 917th December 2004 O'Malley and Lopez receive an unexpected visitor, and the Reds intercept a transmission from an old adversary. 10 It's A Biological Fact Episode 1017th January 2005 The Reds and Blues meet up with Tex and plot ways to infiltrate O'Malley's compound. 11 Heavy Metal Episode 1123rd January 2005 Sarge and Tex lead an offensive against O’Malley, with Caboose doing some heavy lifting. 12 Roaming Charges Episode 1214th February 2005 Church seeks help from an ancient computer, while the Reds search for the missing head of Lopez. 13 Silver Linings Episode 131st March 2005 The computer completes the teleporter and reveals its name to be Gary. Church teleports back to Blood Gulch shortly before the series begins. Another Church runs in and tells Gary to teleport him to Sidewinder instead, because he "screwed everything up." On Blood Gulch Church finds that he either has no effect, or causes the previous events by his presence. 14 Episode 50 Part 2 Episode 1415th March 2005 Church discovers the event of the past are hard to change, and even harder to believe. 15 Have We Met? Episode 1522nd March 2005 Church’s travels through time lead him into an unexpected temporal loop of confusion. 16 Let's Come To Order Episode 1628th March 2005 Tucker shows off his new bling while the Reds monkey about. 17 Hello My Name Is Andrew Episode 1711th April 2005 The Reds debate the source of an incoming distress signal while Caboose introduces everyone to his new friend. 18 Defusing The Situation Episode 182nd May 2005 Church tries to placate Andy, and Grif gets the wrong idea. 19 Calm Before The Storm Episode 199th May 2005 O’Malley and Lopez begin their attack… their very, very slow attack. 20 The Storm Episode 2018th May 2005 Church tries to figure out the prophecy of the “Great Destroyer” as O’Malley’s Robot Army inches closer.
