Mirza doesn’t put up a fight for Yasir’s sake. He is dragged into the ground. Razia too appears as Sultan. Who is the real Sultan? Shamshad Begum finds Razia’s clothes and deduces that Razia indeed is Sultan. Both Mirza and Razia fight to prove themselves as Sultan. Mirza sees Yasir recovered from the poison.

Razia reveals her identity as the real Sultan. The audience falls silent on finding out that Sultan is a woman. People start walking away from Razia as they are not ready to change their ancestral rituals and accept a woman as their Sultan. Razia tries justifying herself, but in vain. Rukn-ud-din and Shah Turkan mock Razia. Shamshad Begum is disappointed with her behaviour. She feels Razia's main intention was to amass position and power in Delhi. Turkan asks Yildiz if he wants to harm Razia.
