The designers think they’re here for some fun in the sun, but Project Rainbow is only getting started! For this round, they’re using the beautiful blue ocean to inspire an amazing runway look. While this week's leaders Monique and Michelle are ready to work, it seems like some of our besties are struggling to think of new ideas.
