Chip Foose and his A-Team, with the help of an insider, plan a fake robbery or towing of an unsuspecting mark's car. They must rebuild the car in seven days. The week-long event is filled with pranks and angry marks, but it will all be rewarded on D-Day when the mark is given back the car.

The team, led by Chip Foose is ready to turn this ratty rod into a rad rod but they need to get the car from Jeff, first. 02 Search & Rescue still Search & Rescue Episode 227th April 2004 Mat is a straight A high school student, volunteers in search and rescue and is an Eagle Scout. He drives his grandfather's old '88 Chevy pickup truck that's seen better days. Mat's dad, Jim, would like the Overhaulin' team to give the truck a makeover. 03 Museum Worthy still Museum Worthy Episode 313th April 2004 Chuck de Heras is a car collecting aficionado. His true love of the auto and its history has meant he's become friends with Dick Messer, who runs the Petersen Automotive Museum in LA. A perfect set up for our Overhaulin' A Team to get their hands dirty. 04 Surfer Kid still Surfer Kid Episode 44th May 2004 Mylan Hayes drives to the beach to surf every day in his rusty '77 El Camino. He suffers a "Dude, where's my car?" moment when his car is missing from the parking lot, but his folks are in on the plan to turn the El Camino into the coolest of surf wagons 05 Beverly Hills Camaro still Beverly Hills Camaro Episode 511th May 2004 Actor Ian Ziering is a car guy who's been trying to trick out a '68 Camaro for years. Ian thinks the shop where his Camaro is locked up is about to go bankrupt, which gives the team time to perfect the car. 06 School's Out still School's Out Episode 618th May 2004 Dale Eslinger is one of the top dogs at the foundation that supplies both scholarship funding and project cars for the prestigious car building college Wyoming Tech in Laramie. The students and the Overhaulin' builders dust off an old 56 Chevy Bel Air. 07 Lucky Star still Lucky Star Episode 71st June 2004 Cassie Wyrick is an 18 year old bank teller. She's responsible, fun-loving and the proud owner of a very boring '91 Ford Explorer. Chip Foose, along with the mega-Overhaulin' team worked at the giant parts factory known as APC, to reinvent Cassie's SUV.
