Through compelling testimonies from investigators and Routier's family members, Herzog offers an unflinching look at this heinous crime. 03 Blaine Milam Episode 317th September 2013 04 Douglas Feldman Episode 424th September 2013 On 24 August 1998, Douglas Feldman, then 40, was driving his Harley-Davidson in Plano when an 18-wheel truck passed him and suddenly pulled into his lane. Feldman then took out a 9mm pistol and fired several shots at the driver, killing him. Half an hour later, he drove into a gas station and shot another truck driver. Investigators could not establish a motive for the slayings. At his trial, Feldman testified that the first truck came so close that he feared for his life and became angry.
