Jamie challenges Tim with Beef Wellington, a British classic he associates with his childhood. Tim cooks at Jamie's headquarters. 08 Tim Mälzer vs. Tim Raue Episode 822nd June 2025 To mark the anniversary, Tim Mälzer and Tim Raue meet in Brazil for a duel. In São Paulo, Mälzer explores the city, while Raue serves a dish by Alex Atala. Mälzer must identify the flavors and recreate them.
