Sameer and Rishi get into a spat. Indira tries to stop them but gets into an accident. She scolds both of them for it. Later, Rishi saves her before she is hurt again. Meanwhile, Ishaan tells her that his school fees are due. However, she later learns from the school authorities that someone has already paid the fees. She also receives an even more surprising news from her bank manager, for which she suspects Sameer.

Indira confronts Sameer for paying her bills. She also humiliates him in front of his own staff. Simi tries to punish her for misbehaving with Sameer, but she stops her. Back at Sharma Niwas, Jhumpa comes to Inder and requests him to come with her. Later, she reveals her true intentions for visiting. However, when Indira refuses to entertain her needs, she takes a drastic measure. Rishi arrives and decides to tackle the situation.
