Raised by a human father, Mizuki, and accompanied by his biological father reincarnated as an eyeball, Medama Oyaji, the young Kitaro will have to learn to live in this world governed by science where yokai no longer have a place in popular belief.

Nezumi Otoko sells a medicine for immortality. The powerful, the rich, and the poor are driven to hell one after another. What is the happiness of life - and the story ends.
