The family takes to the road for an excellent artisans adventure through Tuscany. Stopping first at an organic Dairy farm to make cheese - and Debi decides she wants to try and milk one of the cows. Then it's off to make authentic Tuscan bread with a baker who shows them the old ways. Finally, they meet an Italian Nona who teaches them how to make fresh ravioli. Gone Fishin'

The family heads out to the coast to escape the hot weather and enjoy the fruits of the sea. Gabriele talks a local fisherman into taking he and Debi on a fishing trip where she hooks some Branzini for dinner. After a struggle with seasickness and fish cleaning, they bring the fish back and grill a gorgeous meal from the sea on a fantastic ocean front beach (Elba island - Napoleon's place of exile) sits directly in front of them! They finish off the meal with a version of one of Gabriele's mother's favorite desserts - grilled peaches with chocolate and cookies.
