Karen decides to help him by introducing Rodney into the proceedings. It's the day of Elaine's first morning meeting, but it's more difficult to arrange than one would think.

An old friend of Julia's is having a relapse of an old condition, which has the effect of her seeing strange hallucinations. Her son-in-law goes to Julia, thinking she's faking it, and asks Julia to help. Elaine has another go at having her first staff meeting, she's even baked proper gluten-full muffins. Zara continues to hide from having an emotional conversation with Daniel.
