Shiva's explanation

Sati is trapped in a forest during a storm. Thoughts of Shiva continue to trouble her. Agitated, she demands that Shiva should stop occupying her thoughts and declares that she will not let him conquer her or her father. She returns to the palace and vows to finish her task.
