However, an inspection of the bottle alcohol reveals that there are no fingerprints on it. A further investigation reveals that Alok might have been sedated. Could it be possible that he is being set up?

Daya spots a high-profile criminal while out at a religious gathering, and calls CID to the scene to catch the criminal. After being captured, the criminal vows to name his associates in court to reduce his sentence. However, the situation gets tangled up when his associates take Daya's family hostage, and blackmail Daya to go and murder the criminal in police custody with a cyanide capsule.
