Episode 220th October 1997 After Francine makes fun of Fern for liking Mr. Ratburn's puppet shows, Fern gets revenge by drawing an unflattering comic strip making fun of Francine, and pretty soon, everyone else tries it too. 03 Binky Barnes, Art Expert Episode 321st October 1997 Binky gets teamed up with Arthur and Buster for an art class assignment. When Kate will not give D.W. one of her toys back, D.W. tries to take the toy away from Kate by force and threatens to pinch her. He chooses going to Washington, D.C. and D.W. thinks that she's going to be bored until she accidentally runs into the American president. 20 Arthur's Mystery Envelope Episode 2031st October 1997 Mr. Haney gives Arthur an envelope to give to his mom. He is worried about its contents, thinking that it's about him, so he comes up with a way of giving it to her without her opening it. It turns out to contain Mr. Haney's tax documents. 21 D.W.'s Deer Friend Episode 216th April 1998 It's the second family trip and D.W. gets to choose. She chooses camping and D.W. gets attached to a deer she met and wants to bring home. 22 Buster Hits the Books Episode 226th April 1998 Buster needs to write a book report, but he has never finished a book. His friends try to find one he can finish. 23 Arthur's Faraway Friend Episode 237th April 1998 Arthur and Buster are on the urge of finishing their story for the sequel of Robin Hood. Everything is well until Arthur discovers that Buster has decided to go on a long trip to bond with his dad. Arthur fears that it's the end of their story and their friendship! 24 Arthur and the Square Dance Episode 247th April 1998 The gang convinces Arthur and Francine that the two are in love. When they're partners for square dancing, they avoid one another to keep from catching cooties. 25 Water and the Brain Episode 258th April 1998 Arthur and his friends are all invited by Muffy to go to Waterworld, but the Brain doesn't want to go. When he and Binky find out that the Brain is afraid of water, they try to cure this fear so they can all go together. 26 Arthur the Unfunny Episode 268th April 1998 Arthur's a notorious joke-killer. An agreement to share the key turns ugly when each decides he wants the key for himself. 39 How the Cookie Crumbles Episode 3917th April 1998 Muffy won last year's Strawberry baking contest in The Strawberry Festival because her father was the judge but this year when her friends help her bake strawberry cookies she takes the credit and wins the contest. Soon the cookies become so good that Muffy decides to run a business and sell them but not before she lets Arthur and friends get their share. 40 Sue Ellen's Little Sister Episode 4017th April 1998 When Sue Ellen wishes she had a little sister, Arthur and Francine both offer to lend her theirs.
