Matteo is fixated on Kevin, doesn't believe in the tale of Romeo and Juliet, and seeks a way to frame the boy. Lavinia no longer trusts the police's investigation and decides to find the true culprit in Camilla's death on her own. She works to exonerate Kevin, clashing with the law firm where she works, but especially with her husband Matteo. Her investigations reveal inconsistencies in the behavior of several people who frequented her daughter, such as her friend Valentina and her ex-boyfriend... Everyone seems to have something to hide. Matteo also continues his investigation, which focuses on a prostitution ring.
