Moreover, post-mortem records state that Babulaal's kidneys and urine tube were severed during surgery, which is how he passed away. In spite of all the evidence to the contrary, Dr. Sandhya maintains her innocence. Seeing as how everyone is trying to get her fired, she turns to K.D. Pathak for assistance.

Sharman panics after seeing a dead body walking in the morgue, however, it is later revealed as Varun, who was hiding from Dr. Bhagwat. Later, Varun uncovers a kidney in an icebox which was placed inside a refrigerator inside Dr. Bhagwat's office. K.D. Pathak presents this discovery in the court to support his claim that a racket of acquiring and selling kidneys of poor patients is being run at the Satyavati Hospital.
