Sanjay, a watchman at the library, helps prove KD's innocence. Then, KD calls Seema, a journalist, to the witness box and claims that she is behind the murders.

Murder On 15th August Part 1

During the flag hoisting ceremony on the 15th of August, a politician is shot by a sniper. The politician survives as the bullet hits his arm. Then, Subhangi, who wants to marry Roshan, the politician's son, meets him while he is being treated. The politician and Subhangi have an argument, during which the politician suddenly feels breathless and dies. Subhangi is suspected of having murdered him and is arrested. Then, Subhangi's brother meets KD Pathak and persuades him to fight the case. During the courtroom proceedings, the prosecution lawyer proves that Subhangi has anger management issues. As Subhangi was upset with the politician for not letting her marry Roshan, the prosecution lawyer claims that Subhangi murdered the politician. With all the evidence pointing towards Subhangi, will KD Pathak be able to prove her innocence?
